Hirwa G. Israel is the CEO of The HuD Group Uganda and COO of YAW PERBI Executive Coaching. He is a Certified Professional Life & Leadership Coach/Consultant, an Accredited DISC Coach and a Certified Behavioural Consultant. Israel is passionate about training, coaching and mentoring leaders, and equipping them with leadership skills, tips and tools they need to build flourishing organizations.
Using the Million Leader Mandate Volume by John Maxwell’s EQUIP and the HuD Group he has trained leaders across Africa. Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance and Banking), he co-founded Goldlines Sacco (a collective investment scheme in East Africa) and served as the first board chairperson for 4 years and first CEO for the next 6 years.
He values acquiring knowledge and promotes reading culture in Africa and in the world. He dreams of a time when every African in every city and village will have access to physical and virtual libraries. Mrs. Karis E. Senanu-Adzosii

Mrs. Karis E. Senanu-Adzosii is a Certified Professional Coach, a Counselling Practitioner, and Leadership trainer in Ghana. Previously she worked for eight (8) years as the HR & Administrative Manager at Aviation Alliance ltd. GSA for Delta Air Lines in Ghana. She worked with a five (5) member senior management team on strategy development and execution planning for companies in Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Cote D’Ivoire.
Karis has a passion for broadcasting and has worked in Christian Radio and Television for several years. She especially enjoys volunteering with organizations that promote Leadership Development in the Youth. Thus she volunteered with The HuD Group Ghana in various capacities for the past 8 years; becoming CEO in August 2020. In April 2020, she became a member of YLGen of the Lausanne Movement.
Karis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Agnes Scott College in Decatur, Georgia, U.S.A and an MPhil in Guidance & Counselling Psychology from Methodist University College, Ghana. Dr. Naomi Adjepong

Dr. William Okyere-Frempong

Dr. William Okyere-Frempong is a medical doctor, management leader, motivational coach, and minister of the gospel. He is the founding Medical Superintendent of the Nungua LEKMA Polyclinic. Here he combines his clinical practice with managerial oversight responsibilities as he leads this public healthcare facility with competence and sterling character.
Yet beyond being a leading doctor, Dr. Will, as he is affectionately known, is an itinerant preacher and also the Africa EPSA Regional CEO of The HuD Group – an international leadership and mentoring organization. Coupled with his role as founder of RoverMed Consult – a soft skills training and consulting firm, he frequently speaks to emerging leaders and established professionals as well as trains corporate and identifiable groupings. He is also an independent consultant for the CDC Foundation’s NCD Field Epidemiologist Training Program in Thailand, Ethiopia, China and India.
William is an accredited DISC facilitator also and a certified professional coach. He holds membership of the Strategic Learning Alliance, the Institute of Directors Ghana, and the Lausanne Movement’s YLGen. He has over twelve years of experience serving in leadership/ board roles in healthcare, education, church and non-profits. He is the Advisory Board Chair of the US-Ghana Alumni Association. Ezekiel Jako doubles as the Ottawa City Coordinator with International Student Ministries Canada, and the Executive Director of Pan African International Students (PAIS) – Kenya.
He is the Africa Center for Missions’ Lead Trainer where he also served as the Director, Speaker, Mentor, and Certified Professional Coach. Previously, Ezekiel served with the Pan Africa Christian University in Kenya as Director of the Christian Service program and with the Bible Society of Kenya as a Bible Translator. He also served as a teacher at the Pentecostal Bible College in Kenya and as the International Students Coordinator at Bethany International University. Furthermore, he served as the Executive Secretary of the Association of Evangelicals in Africa.
Ezekiel serves on various missions’ boards including the Governing Council of Serving In Mission (SIM), Kenya, GlobeServe International, and the Advisory Board of Kairos, Kenya.
Ezekiel’s passion is to raise and mentor emerging young leaders and chief executives and help them to reach their potential and purpose in life.
